Links to Trusted Organisations & Sources
There are now dozens and dozens of organisations around the world, right across the political spectrum, taking a stand for sex realism, and against medically harmful sex trait modification, far too numerous to list.
We list those here that we feel are most relevant to South Africans and Southern Africa. We hope that more South Africans will find the courage in 2026 to speak up about this medical scandal, and that we will be able to add South African organisations here soon.
Research, Clinical & Statistical
Society for Evidence Based Gender Medicine
SEGM was formed in response to a proliferation of treatment guidelines that promote medicalized youth gender transition without the benefit of systematic reviews of evidence. In addition to evaluating the endocrine and surgical intervention pathways (known as “gender-affirming care”), SEGM support the development of non-invasive approaches for the care of young people with gender dysphoria.

Do No Harm Medicine
Do No Harm represents physicians, nurses, medical students, patients, and policymakers focused on keeping identity politics out of medical education, research, and clinical practice.
