Evidence Based Resources on Gender Medicine

There has been a significant amount of research into, and media coverage of, “gender affirming care” over the last number of years. However, this coverage has been remarkably biased in favour of “affirmation”, without an examination of the evidence-base.

There has been a long march through the institutions, and many organisations and outlets who may remain credible on other issues are captured on the subject of gender identity and sex trait modification. It is exceedingly difficult for sex realist and gender critical voices to find a platform, whether in the main stream media or in academic publishing. As a result, such voices have been forced onto new media, such as podcasts, Substack, YouTube, and new publications such as the Free Press.

On this page, FDNHSA provides links to trusted and evidence-based resources that highlight some of the key issues surrounding the promotion of “gender affirming care.”

These resources include systematic reviews, academic papers and articles frm the independent media, as well as video presentations and documentaries.
